Ingredients

Wheat flour, butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, Belgian white chocolate, mascarpone-inspired cream filling, espresso, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt.
Allergens

Contains: Wheat (gluten), milk, eggs and soy.

Manufactured in a kitchen that also handles: Peanuts, tree nuts, sesame and other allergens. While every care is taken to prevent cross-contamination, traces may be present.
Heating Instructions

For the ultimate warm and gooey Tiramisu experience, heat your cookie before enjoying.

Microwave: Heat for 10–15 seconds.
Air Fryer: Heat at 160°C for 2–3 minutes.
Oven: Preheat to 160°C and warm for 3–5 minutes.

Allow the cookie to cool for 1–2 minutes before enjoying, as the creamy centre will be hot.
Storage & Shelf Life

Best enjoyed fresh. Store your cookie in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, away from direct sunlight and heat.

For the ultimate soft and gooey texture, warm your cookie according to the recommended heating instructions before serving.

For longer storage, freeze in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature and reheat before enjoying for the best taste and texture.

Really enjoyed this after dinner. The coffee flavour was nice and the creamy layers worked well together. For my taste, it needed a slightly stronger coffee hit, but still a solid choice.
