Ingredients

Wheat flour, butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, Lotus Biscoff® spread, Lotus Biscoff® biscuits, Belgian white chocolate chips, vanilla extract, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt.

This is clean, premium, and consistent with the ingredient lists for your other signature cookies.
Allergens

Contains: Wheat (gluten), milk, eggs and soy.

Contains tree nuts: May contain hazelnuts from chocolate ingredients used in production.

Manufactured in a kitchen that also handles: Peanuts, tree nuts, sesame and other allergens. While every care is taken to prevent cross-contamination, traces may be present.
Heating Instructions

For the ultimate gooey Lotus Biscoff experience, warm your cookie before enjoying.

Microwave: Heat for 10–15 seconds.
Air Fryer: Heat at 160°C for 2–3 minutes.
Oven: Preheat to 160°C and warm for 3–5 minutes.

Allow the cookie to cool for 1–2 minutes before enjoying, as the Biscoff centre will be hot.
Storage & Shelf Life

Best enjoyed fresh. Store your cookie in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, away from direct sunlight and heat.

For a warm, gooey centre, heat according to the recommended heating instructions before serving.

For longer storage, freeze in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature before reheating and enjoying.

Nice and chewy with loads of Biscoff flavour. I found it a little sweet, but that's probably because I'm not a huge sweet tooth. Still really good.
